How to Play — the13

The goal

You start the season with 13 points. Every wrong call chips away at them. Hit zero and you are eliminated. Outlast everyone else in your group to win.

One decision a week, thirteen points, and no way to earn them back.

Making a pick

Each matchweek, pick one Premier League team you think will win.
You can pick each club a maximum of twice across the whole season — so you cannot just ride one strong team.
Your pick locks when that match kicks off. Until then you can change it or remove it.

The scoring

Three outcomes, and one penalty for not showing up.

Elimination and tiebreakers

When your points reach zero, you are out. If two players are eliminated in the same round, the tiebreaker is cumulative goal difference from their picks — so even in defeat, margins matter.

Playing with a group

the13 is best with people. Start a private group and share an invite code with friends or coworkers, or join a public group. Everyone picks independently; once games kick off, you can see what everyone chose. The live leaderboard tracks who is still alive and who is on the brink.

Supporter groups

Every Premier League club has one official supporter group. Join your team's, take on rival fans, and see how your club's faithful hold up over a full season. Supporter groups are open to join any time — no mid-season penalty.
